When you choose to hold a party or gathering at Gram Slot, you invite your guests into a unique and atmospheric setting. We have several function rooms, each with their own unique character – from the Slotskroen and the Herregårdsstalden to Den Holstenske Lade. In special cases, smaller, intimate gatherings can also take place at the castle itself, where the atmosphere and historical surroundings create peace and presence – however, not for events with loud music or dancing.
To give you and your guests a special connection to Gram Castle, we offer a guided tour. The tour lasts approx. ½ hour and helps to give you an exciting experience and a good relationship with the beautiful surroundings in which you hold the party. down into our newly restored wine cellar from the 1600th century. You will also hear about the history, architecture and nature of the place and the area.
During your stay at Gram Castle, you can be photographed in the castle and/or in the castle park.
We have a total of 63 rooms spread across the area around the castle. The rooms are located in historic buildings such as the farmstead, the inn and the pavilions and are each decorated with respect for their origins and with attention to detail.
The menu for your event will be put together in close collaboration with you – always based on your wishes and needs. Our chefs and waiters are happy to contribute ideas and inspiration, so that both food and wine come together as a single whole.
The ingredients come largely from Gram Slot's own organic farm, and our kitchen works with fresh, seasonal Danish ingredients. Dairy products, meat, vegetables and grains are turned into meals with attitude – and the wine you enjoy is selected from organic wine chateaux around Europe.
