Gram Castle's restaurant is located in the castle's old stables, with a beautiful view of the castle lake, Gram Å and Gram Castle. Here you can relax and enjoy a lunch, a delicious dinner or you can invite a party with up to 90 guests. The head chef puts together the menus based on seasonal ingredients and takes pride in making exciting food based on Gram Castle's own organic ingredients, which come directly from the castle's agriculture.
If you would like to come in and have a delicious dinner where we mainly use our own products, then you should know that we appreciate the sustainable approach. Therefore, our ingredients will mainly be organic and with a focus on animal welfare.
