At Gram Slot, a meal is more than just food on a plate. It is a story about land, craftsmanship and people. Our restaurant is closely connected to the organic farming that surrounds the castle – and it is from here that we draw inspiration, raw materials and ideas for what we serve to our guests.
We want to create a common thread from field to table. When you sit down with us, you can taste the story of the grain grown in the soil of South Jutland, the vegetables that have been allowed to grow in step with the rhythm of nature, and the meat from animals that have had a good life in our fields.

In January 2010, REMA 1000 and Gram Slot announced that the two partners had entered into an exclusive agreement for the sale of Gram Slot's organic products in REMA 1000's 230 stores across the country. Since then, the collaboration has expanded, as REMA 1000 has become a co-owner of the organic farm, which on a daily basis supplies organic milk, potatoes and oatmeal under the Gram Slot brand to REMA 1000's stores.
